84 Carrera tool question
Need some assistance please. Are these both part of an 84' Carrera's tool kit and what is their use? Thanks!

Those look like motorcycle kit tools. |

Is that a hollow tube? If it is, it would be the little cheater that is used on the battery hold down bolt removal tool.
