Front Sway bar drop link attached to support bar

I have a 78 911 which has the from sway bar drop link attached to the cross bar support on the front arm. I have circled in the pic where I am referring to. Has anyone ever seen this setup? I need the lower clamp so hoping to get the original piece before having to fab something up or change the setup.

No. That's not where any commercial or factory front sway bar lower link is attached. It sounds like someone's kludge. The arm pictured already has the factory or factory type sway bar mount on the control arm near the ball joint.

Sherwood,
It is on a race car with plenty of track time and the arms have the factory U yet they seemingly chose to mount it this way with a longer drop link. Simple setup but odd for sure and something I have never seen. Wondered if anyone else had.
Thanks - Chris

The Smart Racing Products, now sold as JWE, bars attach there.

Pic: M491 track suspension to street suspension

JWE (Jerry Woods Enterprises) should be able to provide the missing pieces. Back when it was Smart Racing products they sold me bushings and hardware separately.

Thanks Chris. I guess I haven't been paying attention. Maybe the shorter distance from the A arm pivot provides quicker sway bar response.
