Three Mountain Tour
Anyone Northwest Pelicanites interested in going on the PCANWR Three Mountain Tour this Saturday, May 3. Mt. Rainier, Mount St. Helens and Mt. Adams? The route might be pretty close to the SCWDP round-up later in the season.

We made it and so did a bunch of others! Everyone wanted to say "Hi!" right off from the blue skies of Washington
     Even with my co-pilot the pictures where slim.......the driving was fassssstttttttttttttttt  Our first PNWRPCA tour and we had a blast...thanks everyone! Now my wife thinks I drive "normal"  Better yet, one of the first things she mentioned this morning was, "Honey, I really like this ONE better than ours." And I am thinking n/s, I LIKE it too....now how am I going to explain this when she sees the bank account drain. It was her idea after all.

Looks like fun! Sorry I missed it, too many hours of work this week and then it looked like the weather was going to be crummy - my bad!

Missed you guys Mark. Your track days would have paid off big during the afternoon run. I've driven faster but never with my lovely wife in the car. I heard there were some interesting comments between the ladies at the last rest stop. You guys would have loved it!
I bet the real reason you didn't show was you could decide which ride to bring Take Tuesday afternoon off and come down to PR for a little fun in 808....you know you work too hard and need a break ! |

I will be racing the next 3 weekends in a row - Kent, Portland & BC, plus autocross tomorrow morning in Bellingham with my lovely wife.

Some pics. We had, sun, rain and snow all in one tour. What a great part of the country to live in. Ahem, i meant, it rains here year round, you do not want to live here.
Picnic in the woods  I like the silver painted wheels...  Harlan is pretty brave with that new paint job   Saved by Mr Valentine more than a couple of times today.  Why is everyone following me home?

 The tour was very well attended as we snaked our way on some nice winding roads through the forests of the mountain foothills.
