Rear seat delete

I'm working on RSD that bolts together secured by brackets that bolt into seat belt threaded insert. The face will be secured with 5 1/4-20 screws into T-bolt which are embedded in 1x 2. I've cut out 12x30 for opening. Want to use undermount hinge that would allow lid to open to 90 degrees. Any ideas.

How about a left and right hand lift-off hinge on the corners underneath? Would allow the whole panel to pivot.
