Intake Adapters

I have been reading a lot on ITB's, 964 intakes and Varioram. To fit any of these requires an adapter but, so far, none of the tuners have responded to my emails. So, to keep moving forward, I spent some time this weekend drafting up some adapters using Custom Online CNC Machine Shop | Free CAD Software. I will probably have some of the GSXR and 3-bolt adapters made and, if there is any interest a few more.

My efforts so far:

GSXR750 Adapter

Triumph 955 Triple Adapter

3-Bolt (964/993) Adapter

Awesome. I'll subscribe to follow this. I eventually want to get rid of the CIS in my car.

Keep up the good work!

Wow great work! What does the 3 bolt 964/993 adapt from/to?

I've always wondered if it's possible to get a 3.6 block and run the entire 3.2 DME fuel/ignition system to make an easier engine swap possible. Using either no second spark plug or a andial type splitter. I know it would leave some power on the table with the reduced intake/exhaust but not sure how much.

The 3-bolt adapter is intended to allow the use of a 964/993 manifold on an earlier car that had 2-bolt intake ports in the heads.

Other than the 964/993 intake manifolds being plastic, what are the other benefits?

Lazarus bump.
Did you ever make the 3-bolt to 2-bolt adapters?
Looking at putting a 964 manifold on my 3.0L engine.

I have some of these already made up. Designed them for putting EFI and a 964 intake on my SC. PM me if interested.

I reckon I can have a local friend with a 4-axis make me something similar for much less and then be able to make more if the market is there....probably.
