Alternator, Voltage Regulator terminals
Could you please id terminals 1, 2, 3 on the alternator and A, B, C on the voltage regulator.

3 is DF, and 1 is D-. You can see these letters in the casting next to them.
So 1 would be the D+. I'd look around on that regulator to see if there are any identifying marks anywhere. On the other side, for instance? Who is the manufacturer? |

I had the same question a few years ago. For some reason they are not putting the label on these regulators anymore.

I am assuming this:
1 = D+ 2 = D- 3= DF A = DF B = Ground C = D+ Just wanted to be sure. Please let me know if I am correct. I do not want to let the smoke out. Thanks for your answers. |
