My 911 build thread

Good afternoon everyone. This build thread is long overdue

Here is where I started:
FS: 1974 911 Non-Sunroof Coupe with '83 SC 3.0 Engine

I have always wanted a bit of a hot rod look. fortunately for me the car has a 3.0L not the 2.7L however there is always room for improvement and I had intended to rebuilt to a 3.2SS.

Below is my grand plan some of this is complete and some is yet to come

Exterior
All exterior trim has been powder coated black
led headlights from Audette with JW Speaker bulbs
tail light assemblies
latches and strikers electroplated in nickel (doors, hood & engline lid)
Renline engine lid hinges with lock
engine lid grill
Euro bumper tubes
bumper accordian rubber pieces
Drilled door handles W/O lock cylinders

Interior
both steering column bearings & bushings & "U" joints
Zufenhousen steering wheel & extension
Ignition switch
headlight switch
Turn signal switch with aluminum back dated stalk
Wiper column switch with aluminum back dated stalk
complete leather interior
Renline backdated dash
complete dash gauge restoration
Porsche early bucket seats

Chassis
930 front calipers - rebuilt (annodizing & cerakote) by Shaun @ Tru-6
Front rotors - Rotor & hat assemblies
Rear rotors - 930
930 master cylinder
935 front suspension from Rebel racing
935 rear suspension - included but not installed
rear control arms with new bearings & fresh powder coating - included but not installed
Front RSR struts with coil overs
Rear RSR shocks - included but not installed

fuel pump
complete fuel lines - made by Len (boxter GT)
in tank fuel filter
fuel accumulator
modern fuse box
elephant Engineering brass oil lines
all other engine oil lines
Oil sump cleaned, painted, certified by Pacific Oil cooler
Renline engine & trans mounts
Serpentine belt conversion
Fan & shroud refinished by Shaun @ Tru-6

Here is where she is today. Front 935 suspension is installed with the bilstein RSR struts with coilovers. The hubs were powder coated with new bearings and races.

Here are my front 930 calipers back from tru-6. These were anodized black and all the hardware was Cerakoted in black. Fricking awesome.

Unfortunately, I need to sell my 911 and will be posting it for sale soon. I have been paying a local mechanic to finish the 930 brakes, new fuel lines amongst others. Not quite sure what the price will be yet

How is it that you got no replies on this thread? I dig the 930 calipers, would love to have them on my SC one day.

Yes, calipers are awesome.
Is the "in tank fuel filter" something that you installed or is it factory tank with filter?
If you installed the filter, could you share some details?
