66-68 fender question/turn signal

Can somebody let me know if 69-73 front turn signals are compatible with the 66-68 fender. I think I remember hearing somebody say that ther is a difference in the blinker housings. There arent any other differences in the fenders other than that are there?? Thanks!

Here is a picture of a SWB (left) and a LWB (right) showing the difference in the size of the indicator housing and horn grill openings

Both the grille and the turn assembly are different, if I remember correctly the grill is larger than the 69-73 cars and the turn assembly is smaller.

They are not cheap if NOS (but what is!) but not many second hand ones.
