SC rear center reflector question

I’m wondering if the part circled below (sorry I stole someone’s photo) is removable?

Problem is I caught a towel on the reflector and it pulled on the reflector a little. The reflector didn’t pull out from being clipped into the sheet metal. Rather, the reflector seems to have pulled away from the part I circled with the circled part still firmly attached to the car….and just in one spot along the top edge

I’m wondering if i should get a drop of epoxy in there, leave it and be careful not to make it worse going forward or something else to prevent losing the reflector…..though I doubt that’s possible

They're "removable" in that they're separate pieces but they're glued to the reflector. If you want to get a bit of epoxy in there and hope that it sticks it's worth a shot and it won't damage the part in the future.
