Thanks... (OT, sorry)
(MOD: please move off topic at your discretion)
I'm not usually one for this type of thing being the sarcastic and cynical bastard I am but... I want to send a sincere 'THANKS' on this Memorial Day to not only those who lost their lives in service for this country, but also those who lost loved ones, and those who have served in the past, as well as all of you who are currently serving or have loved ones who are. I certainly don't always agree with the policies and politics of this nation, but regardless I enjoy an unprecedented level of personal choice and freedom, and those mentioned above are a part of that. For your service, for the life I am allowed, for that of my wife and child (coming attraction, check back in a few months), and for the freedom that we enjoy, thanks. Truly and Sincerely,

Todd,
Its a good time to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the rest of us to sleep soundly and safely at night. They deserve it and all too often are forgotten! They will be toasted tonight at my house... Joe

As a servicemember it's great to see the support of our great nation, and I am proud to serve as my brothers, and as my father...it's just something that we do! So to all my fellow patriots...a toast to you, thanks for your support. (As I drink from my Hefeweizen)
