1971 911T Engine number question

Hello everyone,

I'm looking at a 1971 911T for sale that comes with a backstory of purchase in Germany and shipping by original owner to the US. The speedometer is scaled in km/hr and the car has H4s, consistent with European origins. However the engine code is: 6114247. From what I've gathered, the "4" in the fourth position indicates a 911/07 engine type, which I understand is USA/CDN.

Sadly, there is no documentation or COA for this vehicle. How do I know if I'm looking at a US or RoW 911? The VIN sequence number (142) and the engine sequence number (247) suggest to me that this is the original engine. I'll look more closely for the engine type number on the vehicle to confirm the engine number interpretation.

Any further insights?
