Hawk brakes

Hi the brake pads have maybe 1500 miles and i found this cleaning the rims.pad was stuck in caliper anybody see this before. can anyone see a picture.

Did the friction block detach from the backing plate?

Yes it slid down and wore a grove in the rotor

The shape of the pad looks odd as well, at least different then I've seen on G body 911s
