no front turn signal with lights on

I've searched and searched, but can't find any threads with my issue regarding left and right turn signals.

With park/headlights OFF, all four corner turn signals flash normal as do the dash indicators.

With park/headlights ON, only rear left and right signals work normally, no flash on front left and right. and dash signals flash normal. It does the same thing with the hazard flasher, all lights normal except two front indicators

1. I have LED bulb upgrade with LED flasher, I've tried three different flashers.
2. all grounds have been checked with ohmeter and cleaned.
3. my turn signal stalk is new.

My only question/suggestion is. Do you have the schematic for your car? Without the schematic to understand how the headlight switch circuit and flasher circuit are wired you are like a blind squirrel trying to find a nut. With the schematic and a multimeter you should be able to isolate why you lose voltage to the front turn signal lights when the headlight switch is activated.

Did the front T/S work before you did any of the work mentioned above?

If you go back to incandescent bulbs and original flasher do they work normally?

thanks guys. yes, they did work before. I put new incandescent bulbs back in just for kicks and it's same issue, EXCEPT I can see the bulb filament dimly flash. I also tried swapping flasher relays too....nothing. I went thru alot of the wiring and fixed a couple shorts and removed some interesting wiring from PO's alarm system.
