Which parking brake part number do I need?

I'm looking for the parking brake setup with TWO heater controls and a manual throttle. There look to be several options in the '74-77 PET (pg 305, Ill 701-05), all of which start with 911-424-051. Does anyone know which part number is the one I need?

(In case it's needed, it's for an '81SC that's been converted to carbs.)

I searched high and low for this exact part to no avail. I ended up having to make my own. I describe it here:

It involves some 3D printing, some welding and some metal fab but nothing difficult or precision.

2.7 x-faktory PMO EFI Upgrade.

Looks to me like 911-424-051-09. Can’t say why -06 is titled as “with automatic heat” because that would be the option that had the dial knob in place of a lever in the center console. -09 has the 2 levers and switches that operates the eng. compartment blower fan.
Not sure if you already have the entire HB structure, but it looks like you just need the Lever, a longer collar bolt to couple onto the bracket (#2), then cable, etc to just add on what’s existing. If the above #-09 is the entire unit, it will still need everything to the engine. Try searching the dismantlers for the entire setup? Finding those loose parts could be iffy.
