New Fuchs wheels
I am curious if any technical person can weigh in on new Fuchs wheels…..I.e. 16 x 7/8/9
New wheels have different part numbers and weigh substantially less than earlier manufactured wheels. Thanks

There's a few threads on the topic:
Got my brand new Fuchs 16x7 yesterday New production authentic Fuchs wheels 9 x 16 Fuchs Evolution wheel... 13.15 lbs! Quite a bit of weight savings. 20% for some sizes. |

I have a set of the Fuchsfelge wheels, and I'm perfectly happy with them.
Forged. Made by the original manufacturer. To the original dimensions and aesthetics. And even lighter than the original wheels. I can deal with not having the Porsche part number stamped on the back.

Y’all missed my point……they look great is NOT the answer.
I am asking if someone with technical knowledge can tell me if the new wheel is equal or better than the originAl wheel. They look great Is NOT what I am looking for. Thanks……..

I would think it would be better than rolling around on a 40 year old wheel.
