02 Sensor Bad After 2 years
I was getting a voltage reading from the o2 sensor to adjust for lean condition at idle and it seems its only showing .04v or so. It doesn't fluctuate at all. Could it be dead already as it seems to be.

Add some carb spray to the intake tract while the engine is running. The O2 voltage should go over 0.8V if it's working properly and you added enough carb spray.

What car? Is it an OE sensor for the 84-89 DME or 80-83 CIS lambda control, or is it an aftermarket setup? Some aftermarket sensors have had pretty short lives.

That should last longer than 2 years. Did you run any racing fuel or something like that, that might have had lead in it?
