1976 911 2.7l not starting NEED HELP!

Engine turns over, there is spark (verified by taking out a spark plug wire and plugging in a sparkplug, grounding and turning engine over)

Engine does turn over!

I am thinking it's a fuel delivery issue. I have disconnected an injector and turned the engine over with no fuel spraying out, I have also push up the plate in the intake box with no humming sound from the injectors.

Fuse and relay for fuel pump are good, I tested the relay by putting it where the horn relay should be and pressed the horn, it worked. I tested the fuse by checking continuity from both ends with my multimeter.

I have heard that the turn signal circuitry is related in some way to the fuel pump (I don't know how), but my right turn signal doesn't work, I believe it is a fault of the relay which doesn't make a "clicking" sound when the right turn signal is engaged, it makes a buzzing sound instead.

Any and all help is much appreciated, thanks a lot!
