Removing Window trim
I have a 1980 911 SC. Does the window trim on the rear side window come off? If so, how? Thanks.

Yes, you can take it off, but you will have a heck of a time getting it back in with the window in place.. You will also bend and possibly kink it. Why do you want take it out? If you keep it out, you'll have an ugly groove in the gasket staring at you everytime you get close to your car. If you are trying to get rid of that *look*, you can use the trim-less 1/4 window gasket from a 993. I did it and it looks and fits great.
