Exclamation 1976 911 2.7l not starting NEED HELP!

Help! My car isn't starting!

I have checked the spark by unplugging a spark plug wire and hooking up a new spark plug to it and grounding it to the intake, it is sparking fine.

I think the issue is actually the fuel pump or wiring to the fuel pump.

I had taken off the line from the fuel pump to see just how much fuel the pump is actually pumping and it wasn't a lot... like a stream of piss.

so I thought "lets just replace the pump and hopefully everything works out"

everything did not work out. I'm going to test this pump's flow soon as well. The car does have enough gas. What could the issue be? I'm really not sure at this point.

Also just as a quick side note: I'm fairly certain that brown wire is for the positive side on the fuel pump and the black is for negative, please let me know if I'm wrong.
