How to replace throttle shaft bushings - '69 911E

My '69 911E (MFI) seems to be in need of new throttle shaft bushings. They appear to be pressed into the throttle bodies. I have a source for replacement bushings, and I have a lathe/mill if needed. Do any of you folks know how to replace those bushings. Costa Mesa Automotive(?) has an old video on YT, but it only shows the insertion process, and says if you buy their bushing kit, it would come with a video on how to remove the old ones... but I have been unable to contact them.
Thanks,
cheers,
jt
