Fuel Line Nuts Seized 1986 3.2 Carrerra

My fuel pressure regulator fuel line nuts are seized and will not budge. I have the blower motor, its air shrouds out, and the three DME sensor plugs & bracket out of the way too. I have been soaking them in PB blaster and tapping them for a few days now. I have flared crow's feet and flare nut wrenches and have applied quite a bit of force, but no movement. Is Kroil that much better of a penetrant than PB blaster as some have mentioned?
In worst case scenario that these nuts will not move or round off, can one cut at the hoses and join the fuel lines another way?

Sometimes the engine has to come out for a better angle of attack.

As usual, John is right. Although you may get a little more room for access with a partial drop. I recall this being a total PITA when I did it a few years ago. I have my engine out now for a clutch job and even still those nuts are hard to break loose! I can't imagine cutting the hose and then being able to access it to put new hose on if it's still in the car.

I tried to replace my fuel filter, and I could not get it to break free. It felt like it was about to round off with my Craftsman line wrenches. A proo mechanic friend of mine dropped by with his Snap On wrenches, and they have a better fit. They popped right apart. I tracked down a Snap On dealer and bought a set of line wrenches. I always knew their stuff was better, and expensive, but it took apart a line that was stuck hard.
