1983 sc. RF turn signal won't blink. What am I missing?

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I can't figure it out. The right front turn signal on my '83 sc doesn't work. The parking light works. All of the other turn signals work (including right rear). I've replaced the light assembly, the bulb and the relay. I used a test light and there is no flash. What's left?

Maybe a dumb suggestion but I did it before. Check your fuses, the front L/R blinkers have their own fuses.

Edit: I mean that the blinker fuse is independent of the parking light fuse.

Good call on the fuse. I will check it. But the left front works (for both turn signal and hazard) it's only the right front that doesn't.

Yep. The front left and right flashers each have their own fuse, which is separate from the fuse for the parking lights at each bulb. It's kind of overkill but there you go.

There's a circuit diagram in this thread:
