In praise of High Level of Service and Commitment
This note may be of interest to Pelican people in the Northeast. I am not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this but:
In the experiences I have had with numerous Porsche repair and race car preparation shops in the New Jersey area, I have had more than my share of bad experiences. You know 150.00 to install a fan belt, 100.00 to retap a thread or even worse excessive charges and then the work done poorly or incompletely. Well I have found a place that does excellent work, has an almost anal attention to detail and actually has reasonable rates. While I cannot mention their name here directly, anyone who might be interested whether they have a race car or street or other may contact me directly and I will give you the name of this shop. Before the cynics in the crowd say that I am a person from that shop, rest assured that is not the case. I am only a person who had joined the Porsche cult, got taken a few times and then found a shop that simple does the business a different way. And I might share that information with anyone who is interested. Thanks David |

David,
I live in Milford Pa. If the shop is not that far away I would be interested. Thanks |

I too have found a shop that just as you describe, this located in Chester Co. Pa. It's amazing after years of expecting to get taken to the cleaners for every little job, these guys are truely a breath of fresh air, professional, funny, anal retentive, talented and always willing to give a little extra to get it done right.
