Dont think I am getting full throttle
Should the throttle body be at its stops with the gas pedal fully to the floor. I adjusted all the linkage I can easily get to (gas pedal, by the trans mount and engine bay but it still does not go to the stops. The pedal cluster bushing looks ok.
Thanks, Chris 89 Carrera |

Thanks Rosco,
That was my thought as well as everything is maxed out. I did find a few HP but now believe there is more. I replaced the Bell Crank thing a while ago, I think. Dont remember if it was on this car or my previous one. Think I will order one if not stupid expensive and see if its the same. Is the throttle body supposed to got to its stops? Many Thanks, Chris |

when you mash the throttle the intake throttle should stop just short of the stop, otherwise you can bend the throttle linkage at the gas pedal which can lead to the throttle pedal getting stuck down, which can lead to great excitement.
Also in addition to the treaded linkages, check that the pedal board /pedal board stop is also allowing full pedal travel. In addition, there are different length rods that connect the bell cranks . could they have gotten mixed up ?
