Removing Center Vent Duct - How?

not having much luck on search so figured I'd post.

How do you remove the center vent duct in the trunk?

Go inside the car there’s some springs inside the center vent use a small screwdriver to release vent from duct.

Those springs suck. They're on all the vents, 2 on top and 2 on the bottom I think. I broke the plastic that the springs are connected to the last time I removed my driver's side vent.
