It's been a few decades, but they look like Recaro KR series from the "80s

Those are Flofits. They look similar to Recaros, but they’re different. The shape of everything is similar-but-different, but they’re easily identified by the short cat-ear headrests with the fore-aft adjustment knobs on the side, and by the handle for backrest adjustment rather than a knob. I doubt there are any upholstery kits for them, but you may get lucky. They’re good seats, and use the same mounting bolt patterns that Recaros do.

I really like the way they "sit". I'll maybe engage a reupholster shop to see if the driver's seat is worth saving. If not, Maybe just replace it. Passenger seat looks mostly unused!
