well........what can i say.......she's dented pretty heavily....

never had a car accident until today.......and of course i was driving the 911
luckily no one was injured.........
she may be totalled......
the rear end came around in a right and a turbo ford probe decided to nail me full throttle on the passenger side after i went around..........did he stand on his brakes? no.......did he try to accelerate past the porsche? yes......f'ing jackass.........would've been uneventfull had he not tried to pass me (i could hear him under full boost).
i'm so f'ing pissed but i'm gratefull no one was hurt.
DON'T get on me about DE's.......i've been racing for years.......the car just got away from me.
so next week i'll get to find out if i get to start looking for a coupe of fix the targa...........
i'll post pics when i get them.

That's really tough - sorry!

I'm sure you'll either fix her better than she was, or get a coupe that you like even more.

Cool

man.. a consistant headache.. what a distratction.. $hit.. I hope you have the 911 at home.. he hit you so it's his fault in the eyes of the insurance companies..

and there are three types of brain injury.. the mild, from accidents are hard to diagnoise.. the lack of attention at work, the lack of multi-processing [walking and chewing bubbe gum], crying when watching a sad movie, disorentation when waiting at a cross walk for the light to change, lack of balance when going down a staircase, etc. usually can be dealt with some cognitive therapy. it may take a few days to find out that you have a problem. maybe a hospital test for a possible future seizure is in order. the lawyers that are MD's will help with your situation. and you'll feel better in about a year.. hope you feel better............Ron

i was cited by akron police.....recieved a "faliure to control".....2 points in ohio.....
the other guy was speeding but "if i didn't spin he wouldn't have hit me"....zone was 35.......i was doing 35 the other driver told the cop he was going 45-50........i have a ticket but i may have the upper hand here.

ron......the insurance company will determine the size of the headache, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. i pay for good insurance and have never been let down before on that side of it......this will be the true test though, expect a full report on how this is handled.

Your was one of the exemplars, Bell. It got that way because of you, adn what you put into it. Really hurts to have it damaged or lost, but the next one will be even better. Hope you are stripping out the new sounds before the adjusters see the car.

Ron is right about being careful with personal injury. Please take it seriously. We don't want you crying ever sad posts, OK?

"failure to control" since the officer that wrote you that ticket must have been an eye witness ( what are the chances of that?)

Im sure that without much effort you can get that ticket removed..
