Rebel Racing Motor mounts(blowout)

Went for a spirited drive today and noticed my Rebel Racing motor mounts blew out. Has anyone seen this happen.

He had a bad batch of bushings. Most people that reach out (call or email) have received new bushes for free. My car is getting the rust repaired so I cannot go look at it right now, but I believe the new bushings are black.
