SC Handbrake disassembly, what am I doing wrong?

Hi Team,

I am absolutely lost as to how to get this collar/ pivot bolt out.

I have tired taping it out with a hammer but did nothing. I applied PB blaster. Nothing happened.

Any guidance please?

I believe there’s a ‘C’ clip accessible on the underside that holds in place.

Any guidance would be great! I looked underneath and can't see any circlip. Looks like 2 spacers and the handbrake assembly.

I knows it probably something simple, but doesn't look like anything if locking it in place.

Well one other person had the issue - https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/880675-how-remove-hand-brake-lever.html

I found a resolution. Hammering in the car with a punch, not enough force. Budged the heating parts off the shaft and removed the entire assembly. Put it in the vise and use a bigger hammer.

The pin came out. Was rusted a bit inside is my guess. Need a new pin now though.
