915 speed sensor location
Can anyone tell me where the speed sensor is located on a 1975 5-speed 915/40 transaxle? Everything I read says it should be right side just above the axle. I’ve got nothing:

There isn’t one, I think speed sensor’s came out in 78.

Little earlier, I think. My '77 had a mag 915 with speed sensor and an electronic speedo, PET shows trans case 915.301.901.04 for 915/61/65 77-up. Although it's light on actual dates for electronic instrument and speed sensor fitment...
