Help with O2 Sensor
Hi,
I have a 1977 911 S that I have completed an install of Triumph ITBs with EFI with a MegaSquirt ECU V2 3.57 I am having an odd situation with the O2 sensor hookup that I'm hoping for some help with. I have the Innovate controller wired to a 12 V switched power, confirmed with a multimeter and I have the Yellow wire on the controller connected to wire #23 (Purple) wire on the loom for the ECU, the black wire from the controller is connected to the ground on the fuse box I installed for the EFI install. This is a brand new O2 sensor that has been run for about 30 minutes yesterday and was showing appropriate AFR readings. I replaced it because the original O2 sensor was showing the same behaviour and I figured it was bad. Now when I turn the car on, the AFR is showing 22.3 the car off. I disconnected the controller and went through a re-calibration process. The controller is showing a solid green, and the O2 sensor is in free air (not installed in the SSI) and the AFR is showing 22.3 again. I'm kind of stumped, any ideas?

Maybe the controller is bad- check with the manufacturer to see if they have a bench test protocol.
