Hello everybody

Not only the ICV also all connected system such as bleeder and vacuum valves

I hope that someone who faced the same issue will read my concern, today when I switched on ignition I've got the same "buzzing" noise so I managed to unplug one by one each socket ,ICV, venting valve, bleed valve, knock sensors, air flow meter, idle and full load switch, no change till I unplugged temperature sensor=> buzzing noise stops.
I checked resistance of this NTC temperature sensor which shows 1900ohms for 27°C, this is correct, so my question is there anybody who have had this kind of problem with temperature sensor? Is it possible that it could have spurious fault? Thank you JM |

Can you identify what is rattling via a stethoscope?

I did, without stethoscope, I identify the ICV, shift valve resonance flap, tank venting valve which are rattling,I have checked the power supply of these components,,they are on the same line, it was 12,3 volts which is correct.
it's very difficult to understand because sometimes it quickly vanish and I guess that is related when the car completely stalls or has just some hesitations... |

The DME pulls circuits to ground to actuate an output device.
Check the ground side of each device with a meter and get physical with the wiring, monitor for changes. Not an expert, just a logical step it seems to me.

I would like check but I think that the ground is monitored by the DME so I don’t know how to do. |
