WTB valve spring tools. Broken Valve spring in '78 3.0 sc

I am looking to see if anyone has the P7I/E tools for compressing valve springs. I have the parts and need to get the tools. I would much prefer to buy used or rent from a forum member. Let me know. Thank you.

Don't you have to remove the head from the engine ?
Once that is done, I remember being able to compress the spring and remove the valve on my 12-ton cheapy hydraulic press.
