Wish I could have made it. Looks like Randy found some fun roads. As for the scenery, I don't suppose you folks would believe me if I told you they were photoshopped. No, I guess not. I have to admit, this part of the world is pretty hard to beat, this time of year particularly. Rolling hills, rocky mountains, alpine meadows, glaciers, ocean, rain forest, lakes....all baked in ninety degree sunshine. Sunup at five, sundown at ten. Beat that!
Whaddya think, Mark Wilson? You like it here?

Great Photographs Glenn!
Looks like I missed a truely fun weekend driving with the troops. I had to be in San Francisco for a weekend family event. Will definitely make the next gathering.

Only wish I was there. Still sitting in the Dallas heat with the house on the market. Temp gauge on the SC hits 250 if I'm not careful. Soon, baby, soon.... |

Max-Air (it's not a new shoe)
![]() . . .That was on one of those "DO NOT make a mistake" corners. ![]() Mt Jefferson in the background. (yet another volcano) This next shot was cool; when I was running up to get in position for the "parade" pictures, this 993 comes over the crest. I got my camera on and snapped a shot just as he was hitting the brakes. I could hear him thinking 'WTF?" heh-heh. (we then had one more Porsche for the rest of the event, BTW)

All of these pics are great, keep them comming. I would love to see all of them in some sort of photo gallery with thumbnails. Perhaps Wayne can host them on the site?

Hood River Oregon
. . .and Final Final stop for day 1: (note the 911 coming off the bridge. It looked, for a second, like it might have been Tyson) Anyway, We had a nice view from there . . . of the mighty Columbia River. (they build the bridges at the skinny part of the river) People had a good time. . . Prizes where handed out . . .. (Thanks for thinking of us Wayne) ![]() EDIT: Oh, yeah. . . Doug won this 996 donated by Pelican. Doug, when are we having the "Door RePaint Clinic" . . . I have some extra Platinum Metallic paint.

approaching Mt. Hood, day two. Gunter's black SC, Mike's cool Carrera clone , the 968 representative, and the first car has an arm out the window holding a camera....must be Glen.
corner number 422:
