Can you give a little lecture on speed settings? I know it can't be very specific, but at least high, low, or medium on which stage? I always feel higher, get quicker/better. I know I am not correct

I hae to be the bearer of bad news but do you realize you posted a follow up on a post that was 7 years old and the guy you are asking the ? of unless he has email alerts may not find your ? due to the fact he was last signed in 8/26/2004 .

if you check on the paint and body board you may find what your looking for .......
