Option code M07 on my 82 SC

several years ago, before I bought my car, I called Porsche NA with the VIN # and they gave me a list of options. It seems very incomplete for my car. It did not list the full leather interior, cruise, biilsteins, 16" fuchs, cruise, wheel locks and a few other things.

There was one option they specified that I can not identify. Does anyone know what option M07 was?

Regards,

Jerry

I looked in my Porsche Redbook and from 1978-1993 they do not list an option M07, there was a M70 which was tonneau for cabriolet, which I doubt you had with your Targa. Who did you call? I would be interested in doing the same, did they charge you?

I just called Porsche North America's number in Atlanta. I told them the vin number and they gave me their records of the car's options. I did this because the car was in upstate NY and I'm in TX. I didn't want to fly up until I had a better idea of the cars options.

It gave me an idea, but it was far from complete. When we were negotiating price, before i'd even seen the car in person, the owner told me he thought it had full leather. I told him that Porsche said it didn't.

Turns out it does have the full leather interior, among other things.
