here are a few pic's of the combo you ask about, looks great but the car will push in hard corners, but you can fix it with a bith of throttle.hahaha

It means, when you trun the wheel.. the car will continue on a stright path for a second then begin to turn but it will push the tires along as it is making the turn radious meaning also the car will not turn as fast the radious of the turn is large. or you can counter balance that buy backingoff a tad thn giving it some throttle and she will ovr steer a bit and help out.. hope that helps ya out.

Eric,

Is that because the 6s in the front? Would 7s on the front alleviate the problem if you has 8s on the back?

Steve

Steve,
Yes.. there is for sure more rubber inthe rear pushing the car forward. the 6's are not quite u to the task under fast hard cornering. the 7x16's is the better combo. I for one am saving up to go that route. 7&8x16's is the better set up the may not look as cool, but the will performe better.

Hi Dennis, they're 225/50-16 and the fronts (6") are 205/55-16.

Hey Michael, see if you can post the pics I E-mailed you. I guess I don't have the software to reduce them.

I think when you leave the 6" in the front it shows of the deed dish in the rear even more. Just glad to know I am not the only one with this combo.

Here ya go.................

I agree, I really like the look of the 6's up front. The 7's, 8's and 9's have that angled section that mates with the center, which gives the wheel its depth. On the 6's, that section is flat, which really sets the wheel off in the front. Also, it does add a really cool balance, and set off the depth of the rear wheels.

I guess it depends on how everything is set up.

On your car, the 8's and 9's look awesome, particularly with the polished petals and rims. With colored/black centers (non-polished petals), especially on a Guards Red car, I think I like the 6's, because that flat face seems to show more.

I'm sure if I threw your wheels on my car I wouldn't complain though!!!!!

I kind of like the red inset on a red car... Have you seen the movie 9 months with Hugh Grant? He drives a red cab that has polished fuchs (petals and rims) with red inset - looks very racy. Anyway - just giving you a hard time.

You still have to hear my dual out dansk rumble rumble rumble...
