Too big to fail

930 M/c Id?
Over a year ago, I bought what was purported to be an NOS 930 master cylinder on eBay. I'm finally getting around to installing it, but before I rip my car apart, I want to make sure it really is what I think it is.
It's an ATE M/C, and it looks like a 911 m/c, with "2G" and "23" cast in the body. There's no Porsche part # anywhere.

Sounds right to me. Be prepared for the chance of NOS having bad seals. I installed a NOS 930 M/C in my car about a month ago and the seals were bad. I ended up ordering a new one from Pelican.

That's the correct one. It's actually 23.81mm, there are also 19.05(19), 25.4(25), 20.64(21) etc. the bore size is always cast into the m/c.
bench bleed prior to installation, heed don's advice You will like the new pedal feel w/ your930 brakes. Post the ATE # and I can look it up to be sure, there are half a dozen 23.8mm ATEs for boosted brakes.
