Headers and 02 Sensors
The original exhuast system on a 3.2 Carrera has a cross-over pipe and thus both "banks" of cylinders contribute to the 02 sensor reading. Installing headers that do not have a cross-over and thus only one bank of cylinders that are contributing to 02 readings. Will this affect my engine management system?

No...many systems are set up to read only one bank. Unless of course if that one bank is seriously out-of-whack ( blow-by, etc) compared to a full ( all 6) reading.
