jbryant: It's a bumper from BB-motorsport called GT2.
I also think it's look like a model car, i get a tip from a friend: "put your car under a light when it's completely dark outside, put the camera on the ground and take a pic without flash" and it worked the car looks almost unreal. Try that guys!

Nice effect.
 At first glance, I thought it was a model car too. Wow, you guys have sharp eyes... all I picked was the hood badge.
