Well, it might be sorta space to snort it!

I'm seeing you're not getting much of a reply, try a search on this website. I know a lot of the old cars have dashboard cracks, without getting into names of "marques" (brands, which may not be very useful in Europe...) there are

1) dashboard coverings (I understand that solution is not very satisfactory

2) clear replacement of the dashboard cover itself (meaning you have to remove the windshield glass) not only difficult to do, but also the replacement dash covers are expensive.

But, perhaps more practical, I am thinking it might be possible to fill-in the crack with some more or less permanently malleable material, like putty, or silicone paste, or a rubbery compound. This "filler" would have to be similar in color to the dash cover, perhaps colored "in mass", and/or the whole dash cover treated to make the color(s) match.

Any case, good luck (gosh, are you REALLY in Paris?
)

As Paul mentioned you can find color matched epoxy or other "plastic" filler to use. I would also drill a tiny hole at the very end of the crack to stop it from spreading any farther. Use the very smallest drill bit you can find and that will help take the stress off the end of the crack and stop it's migration.

BTDT with regard to fillers. They may work for awhile, but inevitably the crack will open up again. Dan's advice on drilling a "stop hole" is solid -- we use that technique on aircraft plexiglass.
