Loren, is your company suffering from your "attitude" yet?? You may have a lot of good points but you sure do not help yourself with how you try to communicate them. It certainly does not make me want to deal with your company if I ever need the services it offers to the owners of Bosch products. One can only guess you have them same approach to doing business. I do not know if that is the case but that is how you come across. Try being a wee bit more friendly and you might get better responses to your posts. Just some food for thought.

Jeff

Steve, sorry I just got the new chip you sent installed today,
and I am very happy. It doesn,t have the balls out rush from
4500 to 6300 rpm but the total range is much smoother and
the chips rpm limiter cuts in dead nuts at 6500 as promised.
Steve has been very patient with me and I very much appreciate his customer service and I did send the old chip back today bye the stamped self addressed envelope that Steve provided. Anyone not a believer in this guys needs to think again.
