What 2.0 Engine Do I Have? S?

Can anyone tell me for sure what 2.0 engine I have (907137) I was told it could be a very early S engine. It is complete with Webers ran OK no knocks but smoked and will be for sale.
Thanks, Matt

Matt,

What is the engine type number [901/xx] stamped on the horizontal milled surface to the right of the fan housing support where the serial number was stamped?

I'm very late in replying (since I only saw your post minutes ago, I'm using it for personal training...!)

According to the PDF catalog of www.mittelmotor.de
your engine is listed as

66-67 911 engine 2.0 liter 95 kw
weber carbs
40 IDTP
E-camshaft

belonging to a 911 coupe number 7137

Given without guarantee!
