Fuel pumprelay and black relays?
Are there any differences besides colors with these round relays?

The red ones, as John says, have a diode inside.
The diode is used to protect electronics which switch the coil pins voltage (85 & 86). When voltage is removed from a coil (like an ignition coil) a voltage spike occurs. The diode "clamps" the voltage spike. Have Fun Loren '88 3.2
