OT: why a 67 Intercetor Mk1 isn't as cool as a 911

If you've been frustrated fixing something on you 30+yr old 911, read this auction and be glad it isn't this bad

the Porsche designed type 360 Cisitalia had 4wd in 1947
and about 380hp @ 10600rpm

not bad for a 1.5 liter engine

no antilock brakes though

Those cars were a fairly common sight around the Detroit area in the early 1970's, most likely due to the fact that Chrysler had some as company cars. I actually thought that they would be cool to own if you already had a stable of Porsches, Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

Well here's my neighbors meticulously clean interceptor, 4WD and ABS...whole sheebang. It's a rare and pretty classy car.

That is nice. I'll be more careful when trying to come up with titles to humorous e-bay ads in the future

I know one thing I always liked in those brit cars was the use of rich wood and the gazillion switch center console!

My spitfire had the wood but only one lonely rocker switch.

That Ebay ad was almost as funny as Cstreit's deleted post.
