Maybe an early prototype of the 911 motor?

yes - it's aprotoype and is a book, but I forget which book and forget anything aobut the engine -- I think it was a study in cooling effectiveness.

It's a prototype engine for the 911, ca.1962/3. It is in Ludwigsen's Band 1 of his encyclopedy.
