9ii flag mirror mounting

I've just purchased a passenger side flag mirror for my 1977 911S. The mirror came with gaskets but no hardware. Does anyone have, or can anyone tell me what I need to mount this mirror?

I also have the driver side mirror which I'd like to sell. It's electric with the wire harness. The harness was cut to get it out of the car evidently but it is a perfectly clean cut that would be easy to splice.

Hi J, There is a sliding hook that is pulled tight by a phillips screw. No way to mount it otherwise.

JJ,

The hardware is on the mirror you got. When you tighten the allen-head bolt, there is a little hook like piece that slides. If you have the right mounting holes, it will grab right on and snug right up. Both sides work the same way.

Frank,

I have the template for mirror placement but I hadn't heard about the plate that goes beneath the mirror base. Any idea where I can get one?

Thanks,

Jay
