If you weren't from Texas, I would say you should throw snow tires on them.

There you go. Impatient buyers are the ones who keep the prices high. Apparently many seem to think, "these are hard to come by!" but then another set shows up for sale next week. Happens all the time. Fuchs market seems pretty active these days.
