Sunroof Delete Option Code??

Anyone know if there was an option code for the Sunroof Delete? I looked at an '84 and there wasn't anything in the option codes about the sunroof.

Here's what was listed:
018 Sport steering wheel with elevated hub
158 Radio "Monterey" - 86 "Reno" - 87
454 Automatic speed control
469 Black headliner
491 Turbo look
533 Alarm system
C02 Equipped with catalytic converter

thanks for the help.

Perhaps if the roof was built with the car it would have a code for the sunroof ie my RSA was built with a roof and shows a code for it. RSAs built without the roof show no code.

PCNA at the time made the roof standard on the Carrera but was still considered an option by Porsche.

Best,

Don

I wonder why then the code does not show up. Did you also check the sticker under the hood?

Was the sunroof a standard option by 1984? If not, that might explain it. In other words (my theory): If it wasn't standard, then the sunroof code (650) would appear if it was ordered/equipped. If it was standard, the sunoof delete code (652) would appear if it was deleted.

Of course, if the sunroof was a standard option by 1984, my theory is shot down (or the car had a new roof welded in).

Sunroof was standard on all SCs, so at least by 1978.

I looked long and hard before finding my no-sunroof coupe. There are also deletes for many other items. Mine was a "strip" version with no power accessories and no A/C.
