Checking Hub Align / new Rotor

Hello All,

I don't know if this is a dumb question or not but hear goes.
I replaced front rotor and wheel bearing races last night. (Used the oven method while the Mrs. was out shopping.)
I attached the new rotor to hub and cross tighten the bolts to 17 lb. as per bentley.

Is there any way to be sure the hub is centered ? Or should I just
grease up the bearings and mount it and spin it to see.

Thanks
Joe

Just grease up the bearings and install them. The taper of the bearings will center the hub.
